Many believe that the machines hhave control when in fact we have all of the control. Manual writing is no longer necesary Everything can either be typed or copied and Pasted. Since paper has become unlinear people now look to the stylistic elements of webpages & computer software. As seen in this video on techhnology writng has evolved to typing and as a result typing has evolved to videos & links. Not only does things not have to be written anymore it can be in a form of a 'copy & paste'. A copy and paste is where you don't have to research things first hand but you can read the information others gathered on search engines such as google and yahoo and paste it to they're word processer. Now that the machine itself has updates available it to is evolving to adhere consumer needs. We can now change the style, text, identity and rhetorics of a webpage with simply a few clicks. We need to "rethink" writing as a whole. We also need to rethink humans dependence on machines and the idea that the machine controls us when we are infact thhe controlling factor. The computer wouldn't have evolved into such a commodity if us as human beings didn't give it so much reliance. We have given the computer the ability to change the world. In Egypt a political revolt was organized over the internet, that's something that proves how big technology has become in our world and how many people depend on technology to help them out with things.
In today's world we have high definition three dimensional televisions along with smart phones that you can talk on the phone with and play games
or surf the web at the same time. Technology has developed so much that its now used as a way to protect our environments. we now have hibrid cars something that
only became possible because of technology. Technology is helping everywhere now. In hospitals we rely on technology to save & create lives and in schools we rely on technology
to help expand the mind and most educators rely on technology to teach students core lessons as read in this article on
Today's world is a technology based world. Technology is more less the main function behind life. People like my myself born in a world with technology probably wouldn't be
able to live without technology. Whats even more shocking is the way that technology controls thinking. We can read a million things on the internet from a million different
perspectives and the way we think about that thing can completely change. With our modern technology people don't converse as much vocally as they through the text, email, and
social networking. Technology has simply shaped today's world.
